Absolute perfection! I have had two massages at Salt & Light Holistic Spa now, and both experiences were completely amazing. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the staff is wonderful, and the quality of care is top-tier. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind. I am already planning my next visit and cannot wait to try all the other holistic services they offer soon!

The best deep tissue massage! And lovely Christian atmosphere in the building...

I had the most amazing massage here. For years, my mom, sisters, and I have frequented another local spa, but they've disappointed as of late. I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders and I walked out of here feeling like a brand new woman. I'm taking my mom in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

Loved the sauna here 🙂

Just had my first massage and will definitely be returning! From the first moment I entered the environment was both calm and uplifting. The massage therapist Kerri did a great job walking me through the massage and what to expect before starting so I felt completely comfortable.

I went one Friday for the salt . And last Friday for a deep message. It was the best massage I've ever had in my life. We communicated more and she really centered on my lower back and shoulders some too. Janna was her name . Felt so comfortable with her and happy for the Christian atmosphere. Definitely we will be back

Everything was wonderful staff was great

I love this place! The staff is exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the salt room is relaxing and effective. I bought a package!

Love this place!

First time ever getting a massage. It was very clean, smelt great and was very calm.

Great service for massage and lymph drenage. It's a clean and welcome place to relieve stress. The price is wright.

Book it! I had a 60 minute massage with Amy and it was amazing! They take the time to ask you about areas of pain and your goal for the session. Amy incorporated some arm stretches to help me with my specific pain points also. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and everything feels very professional and clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I've had several professional massages and this is by far the best I've had. If you're on the edge, make the appointment. This is probably the best spa in our area! Thank you Amy & Team!

Had a Dry Brushing massage with Megan today and it was wonderful. Highly recommend!

If only I could rate this with 10 stars. What a beautiful spa! The interior design is beautiful and relaxing, the staff is so friendly, and Kerri gave an amazing massage!! I will definitely be returning.

My daughter treated her and I to a mother's day massage and it was absolutely fabulous!!! So beautiful and clean inside!! Felt so relaxed and refreshed! Thank you Amy and Meghan!!

Had the most wonderful relaxing massage experience Ive ever had!! Treated my mom and I for a late mothers day spa day. Was blown away by how nice and beautiful it was inside. The staff were exceptional! Truly caring and professional. We had Meghan and Amy they were awesome!! Thank you so much!!

I might have already done this review. If I haven't shame on me. I've been a couple times now and have to say that they are the kindest people. They have a beautiful place with soothing environment.

A very peaceful atmosphere, especially in the salt room. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Very relaxing. Smells great too

I just had a massage with Megan and I am so impressed. This was the first massage I truly felt like she listened to my needs and addressed my problem areas. It felt absolutely amazing and not like it was the same routine for everyone. This spa is truly incredible, I highly recommend!
